2001 Explorer
Hey guys, my name is Aidan. I own a 2001 explorer xlt as well as a 1966 skylark. Hopefully the explorer will receive a small lift using add a leafs and cranked stock torsion keys. Current mods are a K&N drop in air filter, sport gauges, and red brake calipers (together adding at least 108 Horsepower to the wheels) :us: :exp: I noticed yesterday when i was doing my brakes that I have an oily substance leaking onto my front frame rail right behind the shock. It smells like a combination of gasoline and asphalt. Any ideas what this could be? It has the consistency of oil... yet it doesn't seem to be. Any Input would be great. thanks.
