Hello from Columbus Ohio!
I just bought a 99 Explorer Sport for my winter transportation. I guess I can't really call it "winter" transportation as I chose to go with an SUV so it would be useful the rest of the year versus buying a little beater that would sit for 9 to 10 months out of the year. So far I really like it. It's taking some time for me to get used to sitting so high but I like the view.
Some people think it's kind of weird that I own a Ford and a Chevy. I don't like every car/truck that either have to offer. When I bought the Explorer it was sitting next to a Blazer. There was no comparison (for me). The Explorer looked much nicer so I bought it. As for my Chevy it's a 2000 Corvette. I'm sure it's pretty obvious why I bought it.
