Hi to one and all! Just a note of introduction.
I live in the North East of England and have owned a 97 Explorer for about a year and a half. The vehicle is in very good condition having covered 57000 miles from new. I obtained it from a friend who emigrated to Canada. It has full Ford service history and I love it to bits. The first owner (for 10 months) was the Middlesbrough and Australian goal keeper, Mark Schwarzer. I am interested in continuing to maintain this vehicle to a high standard without paying silly prices. I have just got it back from the garage, after paying £1000 for a major service, brake work and engine management problems. Still it is worth it!

My name is Don and I am from Southeast Kansas, I purchased my Dark Green 94 Explorer XLT, about 2 years ago and it has over 100,000 miles on it, but runs great. I am having some problems with the 4wd and ABS, and hope I might find some help on your forum. I have never posted on any site before, so this is all new to me.
