new motor

hey guys. im pretty new to here. i was mostly on rangerforums. but i like this site better
anyway, my truck has over 150,000 mi. and i want to make a really bad 4.0
ive read that sticky about that 4.0
could anyone help me out on where to find most of the parts for that motor?
me and my dad really want to build another motor and im having a hard time on find new parts. summit really wasnt much of a help. they have some parts just not all of them
so any help would be appreciated

Forget the link to supersix....overpriced, over estimated power levels...

Read the "Building up one mean 4.0" in the Need for Speed section... It's an Excellent read....and you will have a better idea of what works, and what doesn't.

ya i found out they were over priced real quick.
i did read that whole thing but i didnt see where he mentioned getting most of his parts
