new o-rings at orifice tube keep leaking?

My ac has only held a charge for 2 weeks tops. I found a leak at the joint where the orifice tube is so I changed out the tube and while I had it open I changed out the 3 o rings with the green ones. After that I had it evacuated and charged twice, lasted 2 weeks each then found green oil at the connection again. Any ideals? I'm lost now.

Double check the accumulator right above it. They rust out and leak down on the joint. If it has foam around the acumulator I gaurantee it is leaking.

I had the can out when I first opened the system and re painted it and it stayed clean, no oil on it. I never get the used cars with easy fixes lol.
