Show us more...

stop teasin'!!! show the rest of the pics...lol

Niiice! That is some excellent work. Show us more pics! What hood scoop was that? Did you install it yourself or the bodyshop did it as well?

He made a post a while back about grafting that hood scoop in there
I'm very jealous I wish my truck looked the same hehe

Very nice. Still want a hood scoop like you did yours.

If you don't mind me asking, how much did a paint job like that set you back? I have all the the equipment to paint my own cars, but I have always wondered what a good paint job would cost to have someone else do it (even though I don't think I'd ever pay someone to do it, as I enjoy painting too much :)). Just curious... it looks great!

looks nice yeah where r more of the pics of the new paint job and what color red is that

Oh jeez, not this one again. Get that thing out of here.

You're making the rest of us look bad.

Looks awesome! :D

that's right, i remember it now. i was going to get the same one, but i was leery because it is make from some type of plastic, and was worried it would shift around and crack any bodywork done to mould it to the hood.

sorry guys, I didn't hit the button to recieve replys, it's the original color, not sure what it would be the paint is standox, I did the hood myself, but when she had the whole truck painted the did the hood as well.. you will need a bonding agent for these plastic hood scoops, trust me on this... this truck was really good condition a few door dings and a smal rust spot the size of a quarter.. the paint job was 4gs.. it's standox paint high end paint from Germany.. the truck was shot in epoxy.. this is the only paint I use.. when I paint motorcycles.. expensive but very durable and the color depth is just unbelievable.. I'll have to show you pics when it gets back out of the body shop, it was rearend...

yea, I use the same paint materials it's not cheap. the interior is in excellent condition,, runs and drives super. the wife really likes it... I guess she could of gone to macco and have they paint fall off in 2 months..

Wow- staying tuned... That paint looks smoooooooth!
