Hi everyone, i just purchased a 2008 sport trac with the 3v engine and 90000 mi,the truck seems solid, but i have a plug change coming up fast of the infamous 2 part plug. my reading gives a lot of procedures , none of which work completely. a brief discussion with the ford garage didn't instill confidence and in my youth i have built 10 to 15 small block race engines so i'm trying to decide to do it myself or try someone else. any help out there? Thanks
