New RAP module works / Remote does not.

Sorry, missed this post until now. You'd have to go to where the RAP installs and see if the wiring harness is there. If so, then I guess you probably could do it, but if not, then it probably wouldn't be worth trying.

Hello, I have a old '95 Explorer with what I believe to be a bust RAP module, will any 2nd gen RAP module work? or it needs to be exactly form the same model. Can I just buy an aftermarket anti theft system and connect it to the harness or that's not how it works?

I just want the FOB key and alarm to work again.

does anyone know if you can install an RAP in an explorer that never came with keyless entry or a numberpad? and buy a key fob and program it to work?

we're about to find out. that's what I'm up to this month
