New seats for the zuk

I broke the drivers side seat (again) during TDS at Truckhaven. I also do not like the "wings" on the seats; they make it impossible for me to fully sit back in the seat without rolling my shoulders forward.

4Wheelparts had a 'Truckfest' down in San Mateo, and I decided to visit and see if there was any suspension seat vendors there. I had also sat in a set of PRP's seats at TDS, but the only seats that fit in the zuk are too narrow for my big fat ass.

I got to sit in a set of Mastercraft Baja RS at the truckfest, and they are comfortable enough and they fit in the zuk.

So I just ordered a set of these yesterday:

Both seats have the adjustable head rest, and the drivers side seat will have the Lumbar support built into it also. Sorry, but the passenger can just suffer.

15% off retail price, no shipping, I did have to pay sales tax. They will be dropped shipped directly to me, and I am supposed to talk to the VP of Sales later in the week, to make sure the order is built correctly.

Also getting the HD slider brackets and seat covers.

My wallet now officially hates me.

Actually, I decided on gray instead of red. I think the red will show the dirt too much.

As for the old seats, nothing yet. They will get sold off..

The seats are not due in for 3-4 weeks at least. They are built to order.

I plan to keep these until the new ones show up.
