New sub question

Hey guys i got a kinda confusing question, i have an 8 inch sub in the rear corner (stealth box), the amp is on the other side behind the panel. I am thinking of getting 2 12s and another amp and having them for when im not carrying anything and then take them out when i have to but ill still have the 8. Now can i just hook the new subs up sepretly or what can i do?..I know its kinda weird what i wanna do but im still not positive yet

Dont see why you cant hook them up separately, just be sure to turn the 8 down when you have the twelves in there! You might not realize if you are frying your 8 turning up your volume so much that the 12"s drown it out.

yea turning the 8 down makes sence, i fifgured i could do it sepreretly but just makin sure.
