Okay so I'm gonna exercise my bragging rights proudly with my NEW system completed about 95%.
HU: Alpine 9835
Amp: BK Butler Tube Driver Blue model 2150 (thats 150 watts of true clean power each channel.
Speakers: Focal Utopias 165W 2 way
Sub: JL Stealth box w/ JL 10W1
In the rear doors I have some Boston Accoustics 6 1/2 rounds powered by the factory amp but dont use them. My HU is faded all the way front.
Let me tell you this system is AWESOME! Crystal clear sound and everything is totaly stealth. Of course the faceplate of the HU is visible but the faceplate is removable.
I have learned spending more money on a system does wonders for sound quality. It doesnt pay to buy anything cheap when you cant hear details of instruments or even make out what an artist is singing. Now if only I coud get rid of the road noise.....
For those of you contemplating a new HU, check out the Alpine CD-9835. You too will be impressed with the latest and greatest Alpine HU ever!
Now to go enjoy my music
