New to the site and need help

2004 4x4 Explorer stock. Replaced harmonic balancer part number 8L2Z6B321 C. I now have codes P0320 P0606 P2106 it runs poor any help is greatly appreciated .

I found this thread which is a similar scenario, but the codes aren't the same. My first thought was that an issue was caused with the crankshaft position sensor when you swapped balancers.
