93' Sport
Hey Guys
this looks like a great site, i am just getting into the 4 wheeling with some buddies and have a 93' explorer sport. I came out of the Dirtbike craze and was wondering if anyone had some reccomendations on what lift to do and shocks along with tires and rims. I thought of a Tough Country 4 inch suspension lift with 33inch tires and crager black 8 hole rims.

if you guys could let me know it there is any flaws or anything you would find better let me know
thanks
chuck :exp:

what do you guys recomend for gearing?

Your plans sound pretty good. You'll want to regear and maybe get a locker for better performance. It will be kind of sluggish with stock gears and 33s. Shocks are kind of persoal preference. I had KYBs on my old 92, but Ranchos and ProComps are always good too.

Depending on the type and amount of off-roading you do is how you want to choose your tires.

Welcome to the site.

I am not too familiar with what is out there for a 93, mine is a 97 and there isnt much out there....
