as far as the parts... can you contact the seller and ask for them to be expedited? even if it costs $20 more in shipping it'll be worth it. Or we can hold off till the 23rd if we have to

A zip file takes a whole lot of stuff and compacts it down into one file. Generally it also makes the file much smaller than if you put everything into a folder normally.
