No Dash Lights

Hi, My dash lights are not working... When I turn the the switch to "Park lights" the dash, radio and window switches blink. All fuses are in great condition and all bulbs are okay, but... When I change the dimmer's position I hear a cracking sound. Almost like a relay trying to activate... Tried finding a relay for the dimmer but the book I got don't have any info on it (Haynes Repair Manual) Any suggestions will do...

your gonna need new bulbs for behind the gauge cluster

All Bulbs are working fine... I think it might be a relay. Any relays that control this function?
