No fuel to the fuel rail.

I an Not getting fuel to the fuel rail. I replaced the the pump, filter, and the main fuel line. What could be wrong?

1) Listen to a "buzz" when the key is placed in the ignition and rotated to the "ON" position - but dont crank the engine.
2) If no buzzing, check the collision sensor switch (or whatever its called) located at the passenger's feet area (remove plastic piece in front of the passenger's door).
