NO HEAT Driver Side

Living here in Vermont on one of the coolest morning yet (-21F) I found that I don't have hot air blowing from the drivers side floor. I adjusted the dial from floor to floor/defrost and still nothing but a slight burst of cold air on driver side only. I reach over to see that the hot air is working on the passenger side and the rear console seating and everywhere else but noting on the drivers side. Any clues or diagrams, links, about possibly taking the dash off to see if something came loose or has anyone else had this problem. Please help, after my delivery route earlier AM I needed the wood stove on my feet. Thanks in advance. Any help or links/sites would be helpful. I was thinking about even going to buy the Haynes book on this truck to see what they would have to say. Thanks again!

Probably the vacuum control that works the flaps and doors that direct the air.
