no horn?

hey guys, i noticed the other day when some moron decided to pull out in front of me that my horn stopped working. odd. the one day i was trying to blow the horn and after a couple tries i got a quick honk but other than that- nothing. it wouldnt be a fuse b/c horn fuse is with some other stuff i belive.
any ideas?

Same thing happened to mine.
Does the cruise control not work aswell?
have the clockspring checked out.

lol kinda stupid but i looked in the manual and the horn is by itself on a relay under the hood, swapped it with the one beside it and the horn worked....bad relay

as good as i am with wiring i still dont know anything about relays
so i need to go to ford to get a new one? advanced auto parts have them? i can see part numbers on this one. in the middle it has 5166 C1 printed
and at the bottom molded into the relay is F57B-14B192-AA
