I have a 2000 Ford Explorer XLT V6 4.0L. I have been tryin and lookin every where to find a fix. My explorer will go into gear but it takes about 2 minutes for it to start moving. I have replaced the valve body and trans filter. What else could case this issue.

I have heard of a coworker samething on his nissan, some seal damaged leak inside of the transmission, but after heating the seal expands, stop the leak and start to move.

Ok so where are all these seals that could leak

Probably internal seal or piston problem.

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the transmissions section. Check the main pressure, and the EPC pressure with a 0-300 PSI test gauge. Did you use a 1/4" drive In/Lb torque wrench on the valve body bolts with new valve body gaskets or bonded separator plates?

Yes I used all that but I dont really know how to check that PSI part
