No Park / Emergency Brake

Went on a 200km round trip, on the way home I heard a slight squeak from the wheels but was not concerned. When I got home i pulled on e brake and the handle went all the way up until it hit the centre console, car rolled forward. Found I no longer have an e brake, what may have happened and whats the fix, is it expensive? Thanks in advance.

Might have just broken the cable that goes to the rear brakes. Either that or your parking brakes have been dragging and you wore out the linings. First thing I'd do is crawl under the truck and make sure the cable is properly attached. If it is, then I'd pull the rear brake discs to inspect the parking brake shoes.
