No rear temperature control? 2003 Explorer V8

My 2003 Explorer has rear ac/heat, and neither the front switch or the switch for the back seat will change the temperature. AC and heat both work good up front, but the back has neither. I don't hear any "clicking" or any abnormal noises. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is the blower working? and is it digital up front?

Yes. It blows air fine, but the air is just neutral, whatever the outside temperature is. It's not digital, it's got the dials.
