I have a 1997 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer edition with factory radio and there is no sound coming from the speakers. I can hook up headphones to the jack located in the rear seat and there is sound but when I remove them and the headphone sign disappears from the radio screen there is still no sound coming from the speakers. Any idea what the problem could be...solutions?
