Noise in the engine compartment, passanger side

Homemade penetrant

I recently read of a test done by a machinist magazine that showed a 50/50 mix of acetone and ATF to be way better than a few off the shelf products including PB blaster. Good luck

Epic FAIL. The JB Weld didn't have any chance to move the broken remover... After a small resistance, nut came right off.

Any way of grabbing it with a vise-grip? I know you where reefing on it with a breaker bar when it broke, but maybe with good heat the vice-grip may move it. ALso a product called Loctite "freeze and Release" may work in combo with the heat.

Kinda grasping at straws at this point...

I did "grab" it and broke again. This time deeper into the hole. AutoZone steel.

Today I'll go to a guy to help me take the cyl head off - has a better shop than my driveway.

Good Luck!
