2014 Base Explorer
Hi, Just got a 2014 Base Explorer with 4WD and Traction Control and at the risk of sounding silly, was wondering if anyone knew what wheels are driving when in normal drive mode? Hard for me to tell if it's front or rear wheels? Thanks

As NEWPORTNJ posted, it is FWD biased. All Explorer 5th generation are basically front wheel drive but those owners with the 5th gen. AWD Explorers have vehicles that can have some of the power automatically diverted to the rear wheels when required or by using the Terrain Management System.
