That's just plain WRONG.. The co-worker indicated it has happened before.. I would suggest he leave some of these next to the guy's Fan (anonymously of course 
).
I can only imagine that if the guys fan were to break down (aka $h!t the bed, Crap out etc) that he would run his dirty shorts up the company flag pole!
