Not sure if this is in the right place

I pulled my transfer motor out tonight and tore it down...And as stated in another thread around here....The nylon stop was shattered....No biggy.....Here is my question, when I pulled the housing apart I saw one of the magnets in the housing had sheared the corner. I was just wondering if this is a problem or can I put it back together with no mechanical issues. Or should I find another motor out of a junk yard??
