In my town of Visalia, there's so many lifted trucks, I swear everyone with their lifted chevies here have whiplash lift kits with huge lift blocks in the back. I never see them dirty, they only bring them out to "cruise".

That's all that matters until that unsafe, unfit for street driving monstrosity comes apart on the highway and kills somebody. Things like that make me glad I live in an inspection state.
