OK its in :D and bolted up phew
If u do a have a bolt length / case issues 97-98 - then you need two more of the longer bolts -M10 -17mm head is fine , by say ,75 mm long + and then cut em to size for the longer case only the lower mounts are longer (sorry I will measure the lenght in a bit) ,
my ford dealer has no listing for this part now.. its just a M10 bolt ..
all good
I ordered some new down pipe/manifold bolts which are on the way from sunny Germany as the originals were all seized , my local exhauast place removed em for me on the r/h side....I couldnt move em and they were starting to round off..anyways its done few quid lighter in the wallet
SB97 you asked about them bolts ,I soaked and heated with a blow lamp for ages ,nothing moved,
guy said they came out when manifold was cherry red m8;)

right im nearly there ,
just need to get the trans oil and bolt up the exhaust manifold down pipes!
fingers crossed
phew ,might get my life back soon -too many long days working then straight under the car till dark

cheers Dude
H man its gonna be wild dude- !

Good, heard from Marty today- his ex has problems, he is taking her for a snife test to check for cylinder head leaks- I dont think thats the case- you see who ever sold it took the time to rip the top of the thermostate to stop it from working! I flushed it and it wa fine till he left it for a while then it spikes sometimes......I think he has a dodgy rad cap and or a few pin holes in rad. sugested new cap and a bottle of rad weld as a temp measure.

BUT he is coming to the fair-Yeah!
Nice bloke- glad he is coming!!!!!!!!
