oil dip stick guide, 93xlt , 4.0L

the dip stick guide is broken around the manifold area, is this just a replacement part or do i have to weld or something to fix it, also just wanted to run something with you all, i have a broken spark plug stuck in the head and I read the thread on it and to use a propane tank to heat it up and so on, the local mechanic was telling me to heat it up with the stronger mix and then throw water on it and then extract the broken plug, now would'nt that harm the head or something.

...The part that you have that is broke is a dealer only item but if you contact Kbabiak on the bottom of the forums page, he can probably ship you a good used one..
