Oil Dipstick?

I got my oil changed at grease monkey and the broke the top of my dipstick off. They replaced it with one that's the same length but it feels lose in the tube like nothings holding it in. When I pull it out there is no resistance. Is this OK or should I have them get me another one?

The tube should not wobble.

The tube does not wobble, just the dipstick is loose inside of the tube.

Shouldn't there be at least some resistance when you pull it out?
