Oil filter relocation kit with side exits?

I need an oil filter relocation kit where the hoses run out the side of the adapter instead of the bottom. All the ones that I have seen exit out the bottom. I have looked through my summit catalog, jegs online and a few other places with no luck so far.

MAtt did you see the Canton billet adapter I am using for my conversion? It is the highest quality unit and the best fit I could find....it's 1.5" tall, the hoses come out the side like you want.

looks like tha is what I will need I will order it up when ready. I asume that is for the Fl-1a oil filter and will work on the 40.0

OH Matt I am not sure, the 4.0L already has the elbow on it and the thread is different at the block then it is at the filter.......
So yes it will screw on in place of the Fl-1a but I am not sure if it will thread on directly onto the block, however you should be able to use a 5.0L style block adapter and then it will work. Did I make it worse?
