Hey guys,
I am having a similar problem as a few others - lower oil pan rusting out and leaking. Saw someone purchased an oil pan for about $40, but I can't find them for less than $150. Any ideas?

Thanks!

I may have whay you need.

I just swapped out my 99 sohc for a 06 sohc, I still have the old engne in the garage and I don't remember the ol pan being rusty. It's sitting on an engine crate now, but when I get around to picking it up I can pull the pan for you and check it out, I may not get to it for a few days as I'm working on complicatoins from my swap (some wierd vibration in the flexplate/comverter area.) If your interested let me know.

Mine was $34 from Ford Employee Parts. Try Torrie at www.fastpartsnetwork.com. Odds are it'll be as cheap as you can find it there. :) (48.16 as of this morning)
