Oil pressure problem

New to me 1998 explorer 4.0 SOHC. Has fresh 10w30 valvoline synpower and a new mobil 1 oil filter. 130,000 miles. Anyways for the past two to three starts my car has been making sounds like it's starved of oil just for a second after start up. I'm not sure if you guys have seen my other thread with a video of a weird noise but maybe this is related. Couple questions here. Do you think the mobil 1 oil filter might be too restricting? Are the oil pumps notorious for going bad? Maybe there is blockage of the sump? I also got this noise when I first changed my oil. I filled the filter up too! But I had no pressure for 1-1 1/2 seconds. I'm thinking of at least checking the sump and if there is no blockage I'm going to replace the pump. Any thoughts?

Its probably timing chain guides or tensioner problem, very common.

I posted a video of the sound and mo one seems to think it is a chain

I went and listened to video but can't really tell what the noise is.

Exactly and now the noise is back. I think I have to open stuff up, my oil pan is leaking anyways

pull the pan and look for palstic pieces, that will give you idea if guides are broken.

Where is the oil pressure sending unit? I am going to check my oil pressure. Hopefully there are no bad signs I do not have any knocking and I do believe this engine was taken care of, but I must check because I don't want to ruin a perfectly good engine.
