What is the different in between the oil that ford is saying you to use for 4.6 engine in the manual Motorcraft SAE 5W-20 or an equivalent 5W-20 oil meeting Ford
specification WSS-M2C153-H
. AND this one

5W20 MAX 1 ADVANCED
API SM
ILSAC GF-4 5W20
GM6094GM 5W20
FORD WSS-M2C9030-A 5W20

The thing here in Iceland is that the ford dealer here do not have Motorcraft SAE 5W-20 and sell you 10w-30 something and now I want to use the right oil when I change next time.

Oil

It really doesn't matter what type of oil you use as long as it meets Fords expectation. I got away from using their synthetic blend and went with Pennzoil Ultra and I will never go back. Just by changing to full synthetic MPG went from 16.8 to 18.6 and it cleans my engine very well which has restored some lost power.
