ok so i decided on a tire size 245 70 16

now what tire should i use? I have a 2003 Explorer Sport, and its lowered a little bit and now i wondering what tire to get. I was looking at the firestone destination LE and the goodyear eagle LS. any suggestions are appreciated getting tires tomorrow. in need of replys or im going and telling them to put the cheapest ones on

I have that exact tire on my 99 mail vehicle. I had the AT's because they were an all terrain tread. The LE is working fine, the AT had slightly more tread depth. I wasn't impressed with the wear of the AT, I got just over 25k miles, I did better before. The LE tire is supposed to last a little longer, but your driving will make the difference. They do well I'd say. For high performance use you can do better I'm sure. I was after long life, a good price, and all around use.
