Hi all

I/ve got a 2000 XLT and have put on OME springs and done the torsion twist. Does anyone know if I can fit 32x11.5 BFG's with this??

thanks all

Maybe...

I did it with my 95. Only slight rubbing on the inside during full compression. My wheels are stock as well so with a little less backspacing you should not have the same problem. Have a shop like Discount Tires test fit the tires for you first.

Or try Bog O and see if they will test fit. And make sure you tell them your truck is not stock cause all they base there sizing on is the stock size.

How did 11.5's look on stock rims? Did they bulge too much? My tire guy told me that 11.5's would be too big for a stock Explorer rim. Any truth to that? Got any pics?

Some people have 12.50's on stock wheels and say they are fine. I myself would not go wider then 11.5's. They should work fine. I'm pretty sure that Rick is running 11.50's on stock rims now. He could beable to tell you more.
By there way, i'm glad to see someone from Franklin around here. I live at the lake. Where do u live in franklin?

what was involved with that i wanted to do it but have no clue... (springs/shackles and torson twist)

ooh

Rumney..whered u get your OME leafs and how much?

ThanX :)

Re: ooh

I got the OME springs from a local 4x4 shop. I paid $477 out the door for springs and install.
