One Side Lower

Ive noticed my 98 exp sport sits lower on the drivers side than the passenger side. It's a bit lower in the rear than in the front as well but i think that can be adjusted with the torsion bar. No struts/springs just shocks. Would a bad shock cause this? If not, any suggestions?
