Oops...

Ok, during a full detailing today, I decided to use a little rubbing compound a get out some scratches and other stuff. So I went a little overboard and used it on parts of the body that didnt need it. I really scratched the car and it looks like wax was applied and it didnt come off. I need to know the products that will reverse this damage and make it look like a million bucks.

sounds to me like you may have gone too far into the paint.

You don't wanna know what that means :(

MAYBE a good buff can get it out, but some rubbing compounds are like mooshy sandpaper. Your only option may be a repaint.

I recommend visiting your local detail shop and telling them you want it buffed. If they can't... well, my condolences.

Grrrrr... IM SO PISSED BECAUSE THIS IS 100% MY FAULT!

NEW INFO!!!! This makes me somewhat happy. What looked like deep scrathes are really just chalky marks. I rubbed a mark with my finger and it disappeared, though it still looks dull in that spot. Think id be ok with a good buffing?

sounds like you may have doeged a bullet.
Your clear coat is probabally pretty thin though.
