instead of threadjacking the other airbox thread anymore, here's pics and results.
nice difference in sound and it pulls harder off the line and on the hway.
tried to gorilla tape the K&N at 1st. so it would fit snug with the factory clamp but it was still loose and sounded likie a vaccum cleaner. the intake tube also came close to the alternator since it wasnt properly attached. i ended up cuting the bottom of the airbox that i removed to hold the filter properly. happy w/ it so far.

Nice job this should definately help the OHV guys out.
