I finally had to use my portable WiFi hotspot to get an update status. Apparently no update was available. I have the AT&T onboard 4G enabled but it would not give status using that

Will 2020 Explorer’s be able to receive these updates? Couldn’t tell from the article. It’d be nice for those with the tech pack to get a more cohesive operating system with Sync 4.
