I had a problem on my '05 Explorere XLT reading similar codes saying too lean, and oxygen sensors, even though they had been replaced, and were brand new. A very astute mechanic checked the wiring to the sensors, and found a bug fried to one of them. He cleaned the bug off, and the problem was solved!! Hope this helps!! Happy trails.
