PA 793 on 2nd gen???

HI, i just got a body lift (pa793) 3" lift for my 96sport. The kit is for a first gen, but i am not totally sure it will work(with some modification) on my truck.
most people use the 883 kit for rangers and i was wondering if there is a difference? any help would be appreciated

all the esplorer needs are the pucks, and steering extension(optional) and some longer bolts in 2 holes i think it is.
