Looking at new rotors and pads. Decided to go with Centric Posi-Quiet pads as it's a family daily driver and no need for extreme braking. Rock auto has the pads listed with and without clips.
This is not the normal hardware (already included with both) but it looks like almost springs to push the pad away from the rotor? I have done a ton of brake jobs and never been given the option.
Should I purchase with or without the "spring" clips.
I also looked at the posi-quiet pros but it does not list if the are SM or C
