Paint by the can, not spray can.

Sorry for the stupid question but where does one buy automovtive paint for use in a paint sprayer? I called all the auto parts stores around and they only have spray cans.

I am replacing the crumpled fender with an aftermarket pre-primed one. I have a sprayer/compressor but can't find the paint.

Do dealers sell paint by the pint/quart etc?
