Ow. On panels, on older cars, usually a good idea to have them computer match the faded color. You may need to reshoot it.

anybody else having a really hard time reading that sentence?

Let me retry. When you paint only a portion of a car, a fender a door or anything painters call a "panel", you risk a non-match on older cars due to fading. The new paint is probably an exact match to the original. If you have the paint shop computer scan the existing faded color, and match that, you will often have a better match - for now. It may fade differently than the old finish in time.

Do I get extra credit, professor?

Glacier I wasnt talking to you, I was talking about brad.

You could detail your existing paint to shine that up a little.

I'm with Glacier.
