So I am adapting the cables from the 90 ranger and the 97 explorer rear 2 cables every thing is the proper length to do this but when I adjust the parking brake and try to push the pedal down its super heavy and I can barely push the parking brake down then its that tight it wont release, i think the problem is those springs on the end of the parking brake cable for the explorer the clips go through those eyes and then it hooks to the parking brake lever in the assembly but those springs are not on straight. I see no way else to put those together so if anyone has any ideas let me know or please share a link to the proper forum. Ill take some pick a little later today to make sense of what I am saying
