Ok I've been reading to long now, anyone know the part # for a tcc solenoid for a 5r55w , where to get and how much.. thanks in advance:eek::confused:

Looks like it is the whole solenoid block on the "W". See the following link for the replacement procedure:

A lot of new models use modular blocks instead of discrete solenoids. It's easier to install them this way in the factory when they are manufacturing them. It also rules out the possibility of other solenoids being bad when a shop is trying to fix a solenoid related issue. Either way, it shows you that they are making things more disposable now. Most of the solenoids are probably good on a block when only one failed. It's usually the EPC at 60k on the 5R55W. How many miles do you have?
 






96k, throwing the 741 code, wife drives 90 miles a day and i havent got to it for a couple weeks now, will do sat, at work.... I hope
