part number for ranger skidplate?

i have done a search and cant find the part number for the front skid plate made for the off road ranger 98+. If anyone has this it would be helpfull. Also if anyone has the part number for the GM tow hook kit. The part number for the hooks and bolts, as they are cheaper this way
