2004 Ford Explorer xlt passenger front window went down and won't go back up. None of my windows were working when I got the truck a couple months ago unless the driver door was open, than I could roll down the driver's side only. After researching I discovered the wires in the boot between the driver door and frame were broken. I got them fixed and windows working except passenger. I removed the panel part with the buttons for up and down and discovered it wasn't plugged in. Plugged it in and window went down.... now it won't go up! I've triple checked the wires in the boot, checked fuses, beat the door, open and slammed the door several times and nothing! I don't live in the best area and worried someone will help themselves in my truck. I don't have any electrical power checking tolls, I'm lucky I know how to put air in a tire yall. I've been googling for days and nothing makes sense! It won't work from driver side or passenger (obv) I've taken the button panel thing off a back door and hooked it to the front and nada. I've read thread after thread on here and honestly nothing makes sense to me. I don't work on cars, I know nothing about cars and don't have the money to bring it in, especially if it's something simple. It didn't make noise going down, doesn't make noise now, just dead. Any idea what part would be broken and is it a simple part to put in? Idk how to remove the panel but can look it up more or ask a neighbor if need be. Please respond with very simple terms as I don't know car lingo, I'm just a girl with no clue what I'm doing. Thanks in advance!!
