Lets here what you guys think is the best penetrating spray such as WD-40, Liquid Wrench, Blaster etc

I live in MN and with all the damn salt they use I got some pretty mean rusted up bolts.

WD-40 is one of the best. It displaces water in electrical parts too.
There is also a product made by acompany called CRC. that is really good. They make it in two different versions.

The cans are green or grey, depending on the application.

I think one is for tough bolts and parts, one is for lighter stuff, drawers filing cabinets...etc....

I'm a huge fan of PB Blaster... Also a big fan of using marine grease, on anything i can... Definately lasts lots longer!

the reason Im asking is because Im gonna be doing my lift here soon and I wanna know whats gonna be best to soak all my suspension bolts and body bolts in

Ryan

Whatever product you use, if possible let them soak overnight before attempting dissection.....

The best stuff I have ever used was some synthetic stuff made by Valvoline. It uses a funny nozzle connected to the side of the can, that you can point in any direction, which allows you to spray straight up if you want with the can still in the upright position. <- Brilliant idea. This stuff worked even where PB Blaster wouldn't, and it works better than all the other stuff on the market IMO.

Crankcase, I plan to start soaking a week in advance.

Monkey Boy. do you happen to remember the name of it?

try some Marvel Mystery oil, i've used that for all kinds fo applications and it has yet to fail me. they sell it at most auto parts stores that i've found, at least here in FL. i used it get a power blower working after it had seized up, so i'm pretty sure it could handle those rusty bolts....also Blaster has always been in my garage for those hard to get to areas.

I also prefer PB Blaster for rusted fastiners. Can't be beat. But for lubrication stuff alone I use this stuff called Zep 45. It is a teflon spray. Great stuff.

AirKroil

try a Google search for it.......................it is crazy ****!

PB Blaster is great stuff.

im a pb blaster fan... but i LOVE zep45.... and since i have free supplys of it... i always use it... plus it last longer than PB

3 months ago I did a head2head test of LiquidWrench against PB Blaster when I replaced the 93 Volvo exaust system. PB B won hands down ! It worked on bolts that LW could not handle. It's all I'll use for rusty bolts now.
Also, I have been using the Penske brand P Oil and of all the P Oils I have used for 34 years this is the best. Kinda strong though !
